Write to support@wheelandclay.shop with the wheel or accessory name and the point you need clarified. A useful capacity question states the largest clay portion you intend to center, not only the total clay prepared for the day. Include any additional batch sizes if they affect the choice.

For an accessory question, give the wheelhead diameter and the mounting dimensions you have measured. Studio 12 and Rise 10 share the listed 250 mm interface, but a similarly sized bat is not sufficient evidence of matching attachment. Identify both products rather than relying on a general description such as studio wheel.

If a request has already been submitted, include its reference for delivery-detail or record corrections. Describe a damaged pan, pedal, wheelhead or housing before energising equipment of uncertain condition. Retain packaging while raising arrival concerns.
